No. China just lacks the influence. I remember all those self loathing leftists and the just ignoramuses saying the same thing about Japan a couple decades ago. China won’t have the same influence because they are a dictatorship and the US is a democracy that leads humanity. That obviously didn’t apply to Japan. They weren’t a dictatorship. Japan is just a relatively closed society and not even close the the same size as the US. Hopefully the sickness which is leftist Marxism from China won’t spread. That doesn’t mean that the people and culture don’t have a lot to offer. They are just victims of leftist dictators. China as we see it today will probably implode and hopefully become a free nation. It still wouldn’t have nearly the same influence. My dentists was a Chinese guy. There were millions of them that migrated here to the US. We got people from everywhere and we are the melting pot of the world. That is why the US would have more influence than any nation even if you want to accept the fantasy that China will be bigger economically. It is understandable to have that idea since our current Marxist leader isn’t really much better than theirs and would make that happen if given enough power. We will probably be looking to N. Korea for loans if we get more leadership like we have had recently.

I know a lot about this topic so please forgive the length of this reply. I have a lot of good info for you. I am a mother of two little girls who are actually tugging on my arm as I write this so I will try to be brief. Many people are looking for work from home companies. All the scams definitely create a big problem but also, there is a problem of people misunderstanding the difference between work from home “jobs” and work from home opportunities. There really are not work from home “jobs”. To get that you have to start working for a company in their offices first, then they MAY allow you to take the job home.

Most of the work from home opportunities that are legitimate offers are not an hourly pay type job. They are business opportunities that help you in starting your own business from your home.

What you should do first is to decide if you are simply looking for an hourly rate type job or if you are looking for more of an opportunity for additional income such as what you would make in your own business being your own boss from home. Many say a JOB stands for Just Over Broker and I have found that to be true as well. I never got anywhere working for others.

Small home businesses have some small costs involved, less then 0 to start is reasonable and I would stay away from those wanting 0, 0 even some asking for 00-00. It doesn’t cost that much to start and run a home business so you shouldn’t pay it. The real ones will have a small monthly overhead as well. Should be around a month but no more then . And everything should be included from your web sites to training and team support to back office accounting and booking. It’s ok to pay this overhead because it’s a business, they cost money. It’s not reasonable to assume you can run a business from home with a website and more for free so do keep that in mind as you search.

If you are coming across places that say free then I would RUN don’t walk the other way! They never are. I tried them many a times and 3 weeks later I had to buy this and 6 weeks later that. After 6 months these “free businesses” had cost me over 0 on average.

I’m a stay at home mom of two little girls as I mentioned, ages 1 and 3. I work about 15-18 hours per week for a National Medical Benefits Company. This is a home business, a nationally known and reputable home business which is what you need to make sure you are looking for. I have been with the company almost a year now and I make over 00 a month! In your first month, depending on how many hours you can work, I have seen people make anywhere from 0 to over 00. And your income will increase each month because we get paid residual income as well. If I continue on as I am going at the end of the year I will be making 00 a month. My friend Becky from South Carolina started 2 years before me and she is now making ,000 a year with this company.

The best part is they have 401(k), direct deposit, life insurance and a benefits package most of which you get from day one. In addition, there are no products, no hard selling or pushing, no cold calling, no home parties and no telemarketing! That was VERY important to me.

I absolutely love working with them and I can’t believe I am making what I am making and in so few hours per week. The neat thing is there are other people on your team that you work with so you are never alone. You have great team support and you get to know the other people on your team pretty well. The support is great but I have made wonderful friends as well. I think that’s important too, especially being at home!

I was a bit apprehensive at first because I know a lot of companies are not legit but this company is the number one National Medical Benefits Company in the US. They are a member of the US Chamber of Commerce, and the National Association of Dental Plans and the owner of the company actually sits on the board of The Consumer Health Alliance to which we are also members. Also they were featured in “The New York Times”, “Wall Street Journal” “Time Magazine” and the “American Medical Review”. Even “60 Minutes” with Morley Safer did a big special on this home based business.

Even more then all this is they are accepted at over 100,000 retailers nation wide. These are fortune 500 companies like Sears, Target, Walgreens, CVS, Wal-mart, Publix and more. These companies would never work with a company that was any thing less then reputable. That made me feel very good about working with them knowing they were accepted at these stores that I frequent. Also now of course being with them I get the dental and vision benefits for free and I saved over 0 on my last visit to the dentist! That’s just a beautiful perk! : – )

When I first started I just felt very safe with them, that and my friend was already making so much money with Ameriplan. But at this point I feel a sense of security financially that our family has never had before. That plus LOVING what you do? What could be better?

Don’t look at your membership as an opportunity to sell. Instead, look at it as:

- opportunity to connect with other business owners, who may be able to help you land a big client
- opportunity to find an advisor or mentor
- opportunity to be visible in your local community
- opportunity to find strategic partners (e.g. big competitor giving you some of their excess contracts or subcontracting through you)
- gives you better credibility, which can boost potential clients’ confidence in your business

From what I know, the Big 4 accounting firms are not hiring. You’ll have to wait for the economy to improve. The jobless rate is at its highest and each year the 3 Universities here are churning out hundreds of accountants, not all of whom would get a job.

As I read the question this is to be an essay on the challenges that faced what is now United States of America trying to operate under the original Articles of Confederation. Once you learn about the ideas behind the articles and how that eventually morphed into the Constitution of the United States you can give much more critical thinking toward whether the articles or the constitution is superior. Money was definitely involved as is almost always the case.

2) The central government under the Articles was too weak since the majority of the power rested with the states.
3) Congress, under the Articles, did not have the power to tax which meant that they could never put their finances in order.
4) In order to change or amend the Articles, unanimous approval of the states was required which essentially meant that changes to the Articles were impossible.
5) For any major laws to pass they had to be approved by 9 or the 13 states which proved difficult to do so that even the normal business of running a government was difficult.
6) Under the Articles, Congress did not have the power to regulate commerce which would cause competition between states as well as diplomatic issues.

I’m a very analytical kind of guy, particularly when it comes to choosing those who will work with my finances. I did what any other consumer would do, which is to do their due diligence in researching Tax Defense Network. It’s a very black and white approach. Here’s what I came up with:

1.I searched for “Tax Defense Network” on the Better Business Bureau (bbb.org) which has a host of information. They’re a BBB approved business with an A rating. This is good. I also saw they were incorporated in 1997, which means experience.

2.I went to their corporate website, www.taxdefensenetwork.com and scanned the information. This company offers an extensive tax resources section and even tips for solving your tax issues. Here’s a company that’s disclosing the info you need in case you want to go after the big bad IRS on your own. This makes me feel like they’re not just after the money, intriguing.

3.On Tax Defense Network’s website you see that they’re members of Dun and Bradstreet and their local chamber of commerce. Look for this with every company you choose to work with, it’s very important.

4.Tax Defense’s Network’s website has an extensive section with media appearances, reports, and articles. Apparently this company is trusted by the fox news channel, CNN, MSNBC, The Washington Post, and The Wall street Journal. It’s all substantiated with video footage, article scans, and links to articles on the web.

5.Finally, I gave Tax Defense Network a call. Don’t be afraid to call any business you’re thinking of working with. Ask for just the facts. I asked a couple of quick important questions (what’s on your BBB report? Etc.), which were answered in earnest. I got the facts I wanted.

6.I was told Tax Defense Network has a real tax attorney on staff, Ronald Hicks. I wanted to be sure this was true, so I looked him up on the Florida Bar (http://www.floridabar.org/names.nsf/0/FAF1072E6747A7FF852572B8004D85E6?OpenDocument) and the story checks out. Having a tax attorney on your side to negotiate would be a big help.

Everything I listed are just a few quick things I would do to make sure the company is legit. Talk to whatever company you choose after your research is done, and drill down from there. I hope this helps you.

All of our Socio-economical Problems are Caused by 536 Elite, Privileged, Professional, Permanent, Political RULING Class Members in Washington DC, that have TOO Much Control and Power, in which Corruption is the Currency that is RUNNING and RUINING our Country….
Contact your Friends, Family, the MEDIA and Government Representatives, Federal, State and LOCAL and DEMAND these 5 SIMPLE STEPS:

1) Require States to Pay the Salary, Retirement, Travel and Living Expenses, and Staffing Needs of their own US Senators and Representatives in the House. (They could not set their own pay and benefits that way and be Beholden to those that Elected them, not Washington, DC Special Interests)

2) Legislators can NEVER vote to “Exempt” themselves from any Law they Pass. For Example, healthcare and Insider Trading (both of which they exempted members of Congress from having to comply)

3) Same Term Limits as the President. If you sit out a Term and Run again and your Constituency wants you back you can do 2 more Terms, then sit again. It will Stop Politicians from Making it a Career Choice, rather than Public Service.

4) Turn over Control and Funding of the Dept. of Ed, EPA, Dept of Commerce, Health and Social Services, Land Management, Parks, etc, Back to the States to Operate as they deem appropriate for their Respective States. IF Congress did not have CONTROL of Purse Strings, they would not be such a BIG, Corrupt Target for Lobbyists and Contributors.

5) Lastly, Citizens and Corporations can ONLY donate to the Campaign of Individuals that Represent the District in which you LIVE and/or Work. Why should Liberal Unions in New York be Giving Millions of Dollars to a Democratic Senator for Alaska? ONLY one Reason and it’s NOT Honorable.

These simple fixes would change our whole way of “Operating.” It would inspire Leadership Rather than Control. It would save 0′s of Billions of $$$ in pet projects and Destroyed Wealth during elections. And eliminate the “necessity” to bribe Congress with Lobbyists to get anything done. Gridlock would not be an issue, because they would not be thinking about their own personal future, rather, doing what is required to help the most Americans.

These Changes would allow for We The People to have an opportunity to run for Office and Represent our Neighbor again.
